Credits are the currency of tez indexer. Each URL submission costs 10 credits. So if you buy the Starter pack (500 credits), you can submit up to 50 URLs. Credits never expire and roll over indefinitely.

How do I buy credits?

Choose a package from our Pricing page and register for an account. After registration, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your account email and chosen package. We'll activate your credits within a few hours of payment confirmation.

What happens if a URL fails?

If a submission receives a failed status, the 10 credits are still consumed as the request was sent to Google's API. High failure rates usually mean the URL is blocked by robots.txt, returns a 4xx/5xx error, or requires authentication.

Yes, it is possible. Google's algorithm updates frequently and any previously indexed link can be deindexed at any time. This process is entirely controlled by Google and is beyond our control.

If my links get deindexed, will I get credits or a refund?

No. We do not offer any credits, replacements, or refunds for deindexed links. Since indexing and deindexing is solely controlled by Google's algorithm, we cannot be held responsible for it. This policy is clearly mentioned before purchase.

Do you guarantee that links will stay indexed permanently?

No, we do not guarantee permanent indexing. No SEO service provider in the world can guarantee permanent Google indexing, as it depends entirely on Google's ever-changing algorithm.
