Please read these terms carefully before using Tez Indexer. By creating an account, you confirm you have read and agree to all terms below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using Tez Indexer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
2. Service Description
Tez Indexer provides a URL indexing acceleration service that submits URLs to search engine crawlers via third-party APIs. We do not guarantee that Google or any other search engine will index submitted URLs, as final indexing decisions rest solely with the respective search engines.
3. Credits & Payments
Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per URL submission (1 link = 10 credits). All payments are final and non-refundable once credits are consumed. Unconsumed credits do not expire and remain on your account. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
4. Acceptable Use
You may only submit URLs that you own or have explicit permission to index. Prohibited uses include: submitting competitor URLs for malicious purposes, submitting illegal or harmful content, using automated bots to abuse the platform, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Tez Indexer is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your login information. You must immediately notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.
6. Account Suspension
Tez Indexer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Suspended accounts forfeit any remaining credits without refund.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Tez Indexer is not liable for losses resulting from service downtime, API failures, or technical issues. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tez Indexer's liability is limited to the value of credits in your account at the time of any incident. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, SEO ranking changes, or business losses.
9. Privacy
Your use of Tez Indexer is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the information necessary to provide our service and do not sell your data to third parties.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
